The airmail shipping option is:
$5 per order to US & Canada.
$5 to Europe
$6 to Australia
There is no signature required on delivery and no tracking with airmail. I cannot be responsible for orders shipped this way but I can honestly say that 99% of orders arrive safely using this method. However, occasionally an order will “disappear in the mail”. I am happy to replace your order is this happens but with this shipping option you will need to pay the full cost of shipping on the replacement order. The average cost is €10 as I am currently paying for about half the shipping cost per order to make it more affordable for my buyers.
The registered mail shipping option is:
$7.50 per order to US & Canada.
$7.50 to Europe
$8.50 to Australia
You must sign for your pack and there is a tracking number that can track your pack. Each country can track International mail differently so once the pack leaves Italy it varies how much information on your shipment will be available. Usually you can see when it enters into your country and if a delivery attempt has been made and delivery confirmation. It appears that the US has added detailed tracking info all the way to delivery after having removed that info for several years.
*I will refund the shipping charge on any add-on orders as long as they are all shipping together, so if you decide you want to purchase another design after you completed your order, there will be no additional shipping cost.
Everything is sent out as a gift so there are no custom duties to worry about
Exact delivery time CANNOT be guaranteed’ once I drop off at the Italian Post the package is no longer in my possession so if the post is taking longer than expected please be mindful of this fact)
All packages are sent through Italian Post first class; the tracking number on package will show when the package was shipped but usually does not appear again until delivered (there are exceptions as the US, UK and most of Europe show full tracing info); I cannot locate your package if it is taking longer than expected!!
When a package is delayed it is often b/c it is held up in customs for some reason; please understand this does happen on occasion (not often however) but when it does please understand this is beyond my control.
Terms and conditions:
My terms are that I guarantee each item 100%. If you are unhappy for ANY reason, just send it back for a full refund or replacement.
I try to control everything before I ship, but sometimes a weak piece may not be apparent to the naked eye and shows up with use. In any case, you can rest assured that I stand behind my designs and I will repair or replace any defective item
I sometimes use clients photos as examples of my work as you can see on my home page and product pages. If you do NOT want me to use your photo in an example, please let me know and I will be sure to not use it.
